Leftover Suggestions: Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients:
2-3 slices cooked turkey:
1 pkg. Fossil Farms' Turkey Whole Bird, any size from 8-10 lbs. to 20-22 lbs.
2 slices white bread
(toasted if desired)
2 tbsp. stuffing, finely chopped
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
¼ cup mashed potatoes, warmed
2 tbsp. cranberry sauce
1-2 lettuce leaves
1-2 tbsp. gravy, warmed (optional)


Equipment:
Measuring cups and spoons
Stove
Cutting board
Chef's knife
Small mixing bowl
Spoon or butter knife
Optional:
Toaster or pan for warming bread


Method:
Make the Stuffing Mayonnaise:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped stuffing with mayonnaise. Stir until well-mixed and spreadable.
Assemble the Sandwich Layers:
2. Spread the stuffing mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
3. Layer on the cooked turkey slices.
4. Spread the warmed mashed potatoes over the turkey.
5. Spread the cranberry sauce over the mashed potatoes.
6. Add lettuce leaves on top of the cranberry sauce.
7. Drizzle a bit of warm gravy over the layers for extra moisture (optional).
Top and Serve:
8. Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
