At Fossil Farms, she has managed Fossil Farms Market & Kitchen and is now Fossil Farms’ Inside Sales Supervisor. Katie’s ability to get to the facts will leave you with great talking points to share at the dinner table, and her quick wit is the perfect counterbalance to Ben’s sense of humor.

Ben Lehar is Fossil Farms’ Mid-Atlantic Culinary Sales Specialist. Not only is he well-versed within the ins and outs of the meat industry, but he has experience managing a high-end cheese counter with specialty olive oils and bottles of vinegar. While his ability to craft an exceptional charcuterie board precedes him, he has a fondness for sharing recipe inspiration with clients and peers alike. He brings knowledge and critical thinking to the table through thought-provoking commentary and witty banter that will make you laugh.
