Fossil Farms catered our wedding and did a phenomenal job! Our wedding was held outside at a private residence on Lake Hopatcong and ensuring the offsite catering (both the food and service) ran smoothly was critical for this plated, sit down event of 130 people.
Ben and Liz worked with us through all the details leading up to the event and did an awesome job the day of. Our guests loved the creative passed hors d’oeuvres (gazpacho shooter, bison steak tartare, etc.) during cocktail hour. Big thanks to Ben, Liz, and the entire Fossil Farms team for helping to make our day special and memorable.
The service at the wedding was so amazing! Not only was the food top notch, but the wait staff were all so attentive. The desserts were meticulously crafted and freshly baked. The BBQ was super delicious, juicy, and tender; all the things you could want on a plate!
