Pork Bacon Hickory Smoked Sliced | 1 Lb. This is totally worth the price. Literally the best bacon I've ever eaten. Full of flavor, not too salty, and has always been cut beautifully so there are no weird shaped pieces, or small ends in the package. Just the right thickness to cook beautifully. I've also eaten them wrapped around both Fossil Farm's venison and elk medallions for an exquisite dinner.

Elk Medallions | 12 Oz.Very good. Not gamey at all. Tastes a little like beef but with more iron if that makes sense. Even took to reheating in the microwave well (I had leftovers -- eyes bigger thn stomach). Also the intarwebs has me believing that Elk has less cholestorol than chicken. I'll be back for more!
