As always, quality is amazing and customer service excellent. The steaks ended up being a bit light this time around, but without my needing to say or do anything Fossil Farms reached out to let me know and issued a partial refund.

Excellent burger. You don't need bread or cheese to smother the flavor! Good enough to make mushroom gravy to compliment it.

I served these at a dinner party and they were a hit. I coated the outside with Dijon and coated with herbs and seasoning before searing in cast iron and finishing in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes until it reached 135 degrees internal. You could cut the meat with a butter knife it was so tender. Everyone loved them!

Why would any one purchase pork from a store when this is available.

There's so many reasons to stop buying farm raised pork and purchase wild boar... do the research!! Environmental! Taste!

Go to a pig farm and treasure a look at what you're eating. It's worth the cost

Boneless Rabbit Loins

We cooked the meat in the traditional Osso Buco style. The meat was excellent and the bone marrow was flavorful. There was plenty of meat for two people with some left over. We would purchase this again.

Where can you find a Bison Tomahawk? What a wonderful thing to eat. I will order this one again! Yum
