Best ever

Our Christmas Eve dinner was Venison Stroganoff, and it was perfect -- tender, moist, flavorful. It was venison raised in New Zealand, which we hadn't realized when ordering; we live in NEPA where deer are hunted and meat available, but this was the best ever.

Tasty, Tender and Healthy

I used the medallions in a calves' liver recipe. Pounded a bit thinner with crumbled bacon and onions. Delicious! Our cardiologist has suggested limiting red mead to once a week but doesn't even include game meats in the count. (I don't think he would exclude the bacon🤣)Great tasting alternative for meat eaters!
