I have eaten alot of venison over the years, but no cut has ever equaled these Venison Medalions for tenderness and flavor. Absolutely fantastic! Didn't even need marinating. I seared them with bacon and finished them in the skillet. Tender and juicy, I am glad I chose these for our special anniversary dinner.
I've been getting my meats from Fossil Farm for my clean diet eating and the Venison is really excellent, it has such a clean taste that I love and it's so tender! Please don't stop carrying this cut! One of my favorites! PS/it's helped me to lose 11lbs to-date!
