Duroc Pork Rib Rack

With 8 rib bones per rack, the bones have been skillfully frenched and cleaned. The full rack may be roasted whole or cut in between the bones for amazing bone-in pork chops. Duroc Pork Rib Rack can be wrapped with bacon, smothered with mustard and herbs, or just use salt and pepper. You will be amazed by the quality of Fossil Farms' Duroc Pork.

Family farmers in Pennsylvania and Maryland raise Fossil Farms’ Duroc Pork. These pigs are part of the “Never Ever Program,” where antibiotics, steroids and hormones are never used. Duroc Pork is slightly leaner than Berkshire Pork, however, it produces a consistently tender and flavorful product year-round.

Duroc Pork is a breed that was developed between 1822 and 1877 from the Old Duroc pig of New York and the Red Jersey pig of New Jersey. The Duroc proved particularly suitable for feeding in the United States’ Corn Belt, and by the 1930s, Duroc became the predominant pork breed in the United States.

**Due to California Law, we cannot ship any Pork that is not Proposition 12 certified into the state of California.
