Start your grill, smoker or oven for tender, fall-off-the-bone, deliciousness! These lean Bison Short Ribs do not have that greasy beef texture. For boneless short ribs, you can easily remove the bones with a knife. With the bones removed you can stuff and roll, adding new exciting flavors to the mix.

Be sure to season the short ribs generously so they hold onto the flavors while cooking. The Bison Short Rib meat is wonderful on it's own, but you can also add into pasta recipes or other favorites for a new twist.

I have got a bunch of different things from you over the last couple months. I had turkey burgers on the grill last night and they fell apart and the flavor and texture was not really good.

Bison shortrib

I prepared the ribs in a red wine and beef broth recipe. Dutch oven for 3 hours at 325 degree oven. Meat fell off the bone in a hearty vegtable gravy. Delicious! 🙂
