Pork St. Louis Ribs

Took two days to thaw. I smoked two racks for 5 hours @ 250. Wife said the best ribs ever too.

3-2-1’d these for the fourth. Great rib nicely trimmed. As always everything I ordered was frozen solid. Even after spending 4 hours on a super hot day on my front steps. Great packing job by you guys. !

Fossil Farms comes through again. I have ordered several times and the service and quality is outstanding. These ribs were among the best I’ve had. Smoked them for 5 hours and they almost fell off the bone. I highly recommend fossil farms products.

Best quality meats I have had even beats our local butchers grass fed meats.

Removed the under layer of membrane. Little salt, pepper, wrapped in foil and baked for 3 hours on low heat. Sauced it and broiled for 10 minutes or so... fall off the bone deliciousness.
