Yak Flat Iron

Way better than beef and even bison

The yak steak cooked like beef. We cooked it to 140 for a medium. It is lean, so cooking past medium would result in dry meat. We enjoyed it, it was very tender and flavorful, similar to beef. No gamey after taste! Thumbs up

very good.I would have preferred different cut but they are sold out.
