Cooking Directions:
Place meat, residual marinade from package, and contents of the spice pack into a large pot. Cover with water and/or stock, and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2.5-3 hours or until fork tender. The corned beef should have an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice across the grain to your desired thickness and enjoy!
