I eat ground bison all the time. It's a nice alternative to hamburger. Of course, there's a big difference between hamburger and steak. Still, I was so surprised when I tasted the bison hanger steak! This was one of the most enjoyable pieces of red meat I've ever eaten! Maybe it was the seasoning, I don't know. I dry rubbed the steak with Noble Made Organic Buffalo Seasoning, added some fresh garlic and then pan fried it with some onions added later. Easily prepared and absolutely delicious! The meat was so juicy and the texture was perfect. I'll be ordering more bison hanger steak very soon!
